Portal overview
What approved counterparties see
The public desk explains what the portal contains and how counterparties reach it after approval.
Approved counterparties review Commercial Offer, SPA, Escrow Agreement, Product Specification, Lot Schedule, funding status, multisig status, inspection evidence, shipping documents, objections and transaction history.
The public site does not implement a new login, wallet interface, multisig control, document signing backend, dispute module or transaction ledger.
Portal access is provided only to approved counterparties under the applicable onboarding procedure. Funded does not mean released to the Supplier.
