SkyTrust Limited operates the digital escrow infrastructure and serves as the Appointing Authority under the applicable Escrow Agreement.
SkyTrust Limited is not an additional multisignature vote. It does not become Buyer, Supplier or inspector and cannot independently complete a 2-of-3 transaction.
The authenticated Trading Portal presents transaction records, documents and status history for approved counterparties.
Corporate verification, transaction documents and portal access must follow approved commercial and legal workflow before counterparties rely on settlement-related wording.
