Pre-loading inspectionAppointment, sampling approach and verification scope are aligned under the SPA.

Quality and quantity verificationIndependent evidence is generated for the allocated cargo, including weight or quantity records and draft survey where applicable.

Shipping documentsCommercial invoice, bill of lading, origin and shipment-specific SDS are uploaded for buyer review.

Buyer review and objection windowEvidence forms part of the contractual review and acceptance process rather than direct release authority.
